We are no longer accepting slides for registration to CWOS—all your materials must be in a digital format and regrettably, we are unable to provide free help in either scanning your slides or taking digital images of your artwork. If you are unable to generate digital files of your work, we can help for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

A total of 20 images may be uploaded to an artist's CWOS page.  Images must be formatted as either JPGs or GIFs. There is no size limit to your images but we recommend a maximum of 3MB per image to keep the upload time short. 
Please do not bring your materials to Artspace—we are unable to accept them under any circumstance.
