September 14: Artist Deadline for Speed Networking ($30/members, $50/non-members)
September 27, 28, 29, 30: Artwork Drop-off at Artspace (4:00–8:00 PM)
September 30: Speed Networking (1:00–3:00 PM at Artspace)
October 5: CWOS Opening Reception & Crystal Ball/LAMP organized by the City/Ninth Square (Reception 5:00–8:00 PM, LAMP begins at 8:00 PM)
October 5–22: Crystal Palace Experimental Film/Video Festival at Artspace (12:00–6:00 PM, Tuesday–Thursday; 12:00–8:00 PM, Friday; and 12:00–6:00 PM Saturday–Sunday )
October 6/7: Passport Weekend (Private Studios in New Haven, West Haven, North Haven, and Hamden) (12:00–5:00 PM)
October 11: Erector Square Preview Tour
October 13/14: Erector Square Weekend (12:00–5:00 PM)
October 18: Crystal Palace Special Screening & Curator Discussion with Participating Artist Bobby Abate (7:00 PM)
October 20/21: Alternative Space Weekend (New Haven Register Building, 40 Sargent Drive) (12:00–5:00 PM)
October 23, 24, 25: Artwork Pick-up at Artspace (4:00–8:00 PM; $5/day storage fee applies for the first 90 days. After 90 days Arstpace will assume all rights to the work.)
October 25: Private Party for Artists at the Beinecke Library (5:30–7:00 PM)
